This is in answer to those who rail against the Trinity and specifically to a recent post on another page that was made using Titus 2:13. I’ll begin by saying that Paul, on three occasions in his letter to Titus, broaches that argument: from 1:3-4; 2:10-14; and 3:4-6. Briefly, at 1:3 he says, “God our Savior,” while at 1:4 he says, “Christ Jesus our Savior.” Then at 3:4 he again says, “God our Savior and at 3:6 it is again, “Christ our Savior.” Therefore, when, in 2:13 Paul says, “Our Great God and Savior Christ Jesus,” it is theologically and grammatically correct. Thus, if you place a punctuational period after “God” and begin the next sentence with “Christ Jesus,” you get an incomplete sentence. In other words, it makes no sense. The bottom line is that Paul, a Holy Spirit inspired writer, equates Jesus as God. Humans, created by God, who not only argue with God, but presumptuously lecture others about exactly who God is and what He can and cannot do, only make fools of themselves.

Any chance you could post the text and put what is now the background to the side? As it is, it’s hard for me to read without straining. Thanks for your consideration.
